It is frequent that a buyer opens their parcel and sees their charm with scratches! The good news is that every charm comes with a solid protective layer of plastic to prevent damage during transit! To remove imperfections, please remove the plastic film on both sides! This film is hard to remove, I suggest trying to tear a small opening near the corner and using whatever you open as a way to lift the plastic film! If you'd like to keep the plastic cover on the charms to prevent damage during your use, feel free!
